At least 2+ years Chefexperience

Responsible for training chefs & implementing kitchenstandards.
Abide by the 7 day Menu set
Work with the training chef when visits are conducted and be feedbackfit.

Responsible for all food orders, storerooms and fridge and deepfreezes in absence of the executivechef
