The purpose of this role:

  • To engage with customers to provide support for the Enterprise Platform and resolve issues
  • To provide accurate and courteous 3rd Level technical and product support

Key requirements:

  • Qualification required: BSc in Computer Science or a Diploma in IT or a related field
  • Certifications such as MCSE acceptable.
  • 3 years of IT help desk and/or technical and product support experience
  • Strong analytical, methodical and troubleshooting skills

Technologies: Technical Skills & knowledge required:

  • ITIL (Service Management)
  • IT Networks, Firewalls, Network routing
  • Operational Security
  • Platform & Operating system architecture
  • Windows/Linux Operating systems
  • Performing Operating system & Software installations
  • Oracle Java Runtime environment knowledge
  • Microsoft SQL Server and databases
