Destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa

Duties would include:

Securebusinessandeffectivelycostproducts.

Buildupandmaintainagent/supplierrelationships.

Quoteanddesignsuccessful,creativeitinerariesandproposalsforallmarketrelatedtoallgroupsandFITs.

Negotiatewithsuppliers forbetterrates,cancellationpoliciesandFOC’s.

Successfullyrungroups/FIT bookings.

Handlingthe24houremergencyphone.

Callclientsuponarrivalincountryandcheckontheirwellbeingthroughout.

Resolveanyclientissueswhilst incountry.

Reconcilesupplierinvoicesforprocessing.

Participateinsuppliertrainingandworkshops

Demonstrategood communicationskillsandcustomercare.
