Client seeks candidate to facilitate the Quality Management System – implementation, rollout, maintenance and certification based on ISO 9001: 2015. Relevant qualification required with previous expertise in the Logistics and Warehousing space. Candidate must be willing to travel. Good computer literacy essential – preferably some knowledge of SharePoint. Position includes the development of KPI’s, training staff, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, schedule audit programmes, ensure alignment of quality management systems, report injuries on duty assist with SHEQ projects. Sound expertise in the above required. Candidate must be accustomed to working in a busy environment, be innovative and have excellent interpersonal skills.
