Position: PA to Senior Partner
Location: Sandton Central
Salary: R38000 per hour +Benefits +Overtime +Bonus
PA/Executive Secretarial Qualification
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, at upper management/executive level
Strong dictaphone typing.
Excellent writing skills (drafting and reviewing).
Strong administrative and organisational skills and ability to work quickly, under pressure.
Advanced PC literacy on Word and Outlook , Excel and Powerpoint.

Able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once
Ability to exercise sound judgement
Strong ability to use your own initiative
Integrity, tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
Provide professional and confidential administrative and PA support to the Senior Partner
Initiate, establish, implement, maintain and monitor administration systems and procedures within the Senior Partners Office
Maintain diary management for the Senior Partner and General Office Administration
Provide logistical support to the Senior Partner in the execution of his duties
Coordinate and provide secretarial support to the Senior Partner, including taking of minutes, preparing presentations, collation of reports, memorandums, electronic communication.
Arrange and book venues for meetings (internal and external) and ensure that all parties are informed and make catering and infrastructure arrangements
Arranging meetings by sending invitations and follow-up where necessary
Coordinate / manage business travel i.e. making bookings in lieu of flights, accommodation and car rental, conference / meeting bookings for the Senior Partner whilst out of the office
Prepare overseas travel itinerary
Arranging of visas and associated documentation
Undertake research and prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions and other correspondence for the Senior Partner
Prioritise correspondence (email, letters, memoranda and documents ) and present to the CEO each day for signature
Maintain awareness of all issues being handled by the Senior Partner in order to understand priorities and enable quick responses
Discuss the work schedule daily to check priorities, ensure that the SP is aware of appointments for the day and schedule/reschedule according to changes that may occur
Screen calls and emails, respond to enquiries, attend to meeting requests and type responses ensuring that correspondence is dealt with on a daily basis
Create and maintain a filing system (paper and electronic) ensuring that documentation is at hand and available for reference purposes
Check documents for formatting to ensure that standards are met and maintained
