R15000 – R20 000 per month depending on experience
Leading telecommunications organization is seeking a Lead General Manager.
The LGM is responsible for planning, forecasting and managing the lead generation (LG) department whose main purpose is to:
Provide the quantity of required appointments.
Provide the quality of required appointments.
Provide the quantity and quality of captured data required.
To higher the conversion ratio of booking appointments per agent from an average of 1 to 2 appointments per day.
To achieve the department’s goal of building market data intelligence and consistently rebuilding this vault to stay abreast and target specific campaigns. Monthly captured data targets to be achieved at a minimum.
