Human Resources Administrator (Manufacturing)

Educational Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in HR Management

Experience Requirements:
3 - 4 years experience within a similar role
Computer literate All Microsoft packages
Knowledge of HR related legislation i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
Knowledge of Health & safety regulations is beneficial
Knowledge of CCMA
Experience in working with new companies is advantageous
Must have working experience on Pastel Payroll
The candidate must be strong in English & Afrikaans writing skills and be well spoken
Own transport

Employee intake documentation management & accurate system capturing
Employee termination documents / pack
Assisting in the recruitment process
Preparation of new employee contracts
Induction sessions with all new employees
Collation of all new employees intake documents
Capturing new employees onto system, including uploading relevant documents, ie, ID, contracts,
Ensuring payroll receives relevant intake document timeously
Creating new employee files
Sending out termination packs to existing employees
Issuing mandatory termination documents/forms
Capturing termination information on system
Ensuring payroll receive relevant termination documentation timeously
Closing off employee files
Screening CVs
Setting up interviews, incl liaising with recruitment agencies and candidates
Arranging interview packs
Collation and recoding if IDP documents, Performance appraisals and any other documents
Typing ad-hoc documents, offer letter, letter of appointment, job profiles, letters, disciplinary enquiry notes, study assistance agreements ect.
Liaising with finance regarding invoice payments etc.
Arranging of disciplinary enquiries, i.e. meeting arrangement, venues etc.
Full Handling of disciplinary issues
Filing and employee file maintenance
Accurate record keeping
Ability to work without supervision and to use initiative and sound judgement
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individual at all levels
Managing staff and ensuring guidelines rules, Health & safety etc. adhered to
Setting up HR system & regulations / procedures
Arranging team building & such events

Additional information:
Salary is R10 000 R15 000
Probation period
Work will be required on alternate Saturday mornings
Must have clear CRIM record
Own Transport
