We are currently looking for new agents to work in call centres for different companies in Johannesburg. You must be a hardworking and vibrant individual with good attitude. We need people with or without experience as training is available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Fluent verbal communication in the English language skills are of prime importance for this position Respond to daily calls emails and client communication, Promote excellent customer service, Manage and resolve customer complaints where applicable Provide customers with product and service information as required, Enter new customer information into system as required, Update existing customer information as required Identify and escalate priority issues, For claim enquiries route calls to appropriate resource Follow up customer calls where necessary Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Complete daily reporting requirements to standard operating procedures.
Minimum Requirements Matric or Grade 11 Call Centre experience is not a must, Multi Languages will be a bonus.
Salary Market related (R4500-R15,000) plus commission and bonuses.
