Labour Law Division
This Division has a success record in all aspects of industrial relations/labour law, which spans a period of over many years. The Group is a registered Employers Organisation the Division provides representation throughout all facets of current disputes processes, i.e. the CCMA and arbitration. The Division boasts a success record in the Labour Courts, which has established the company as one of the most successful litigators in the South African legal fraternity. The group has been providing in house labour relations advice, help and direction for our clientele in terms of all aspects of trade union negotiations and interactions with the vast majority of South African trade unions.
Wage Negotiations
In terms of our standard services available, we head a considerable number of wage negotiation teams for our clientele. General Updates/Development/Industrial Relations

Equity Division
The Equity Division has submitted over eighty-five comprehensive reports on behalf of our clientele, all of which have been accepted by the Department of Labour. The Division is actively involved with the application and development of equity standards and requirements and currently administers/directs a number of equity committees. Ongoing evaluations ensure that our clientele adhere to ongoing requirements and submissions.

Skills Development Division

Operating in tandem with employment equity division, the skills development division submits annual training reports, workplace skills plans and provides a full spectrum of ABET training.

Snr Assistant Food and Beverage Manager required for a well-established Four Star Game Lodge based + two-and-a-half hours’ drive from JHB in the Limpopo Province.

This position requires the following job spec/trade but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Managing a fully operational F&B department in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel / Lodge
  • Valid Food & Beverage Qualification,
  • Financial Understanding of Cost of Sales,
  • Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) and Micros
  • Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Sales Orientated, Honest, Passionate,
  • Ability to manage a Food & Beverage Department as a business unit.
