Front Line Coordinator
R9000 – R12000 per month plus overtime
Upmarket busy salon in seeking a Front Line Coordinator who is willing work retail hours and has exceptional people management skills. Must have a Strong passion for people.
Upmarket Salon in business for more than 50 years with 6 salons in major shopping centres.
We are looking for a mature and super professional and personable Front Line Coordinator to manage the customer service and bookings for the Salon
Must take pride in self and your presentation to the public
Must want to work with people and love people interaction dealing with young to old
Must be willing to work retails hours
Preference will be given to candidates that come from a retail background within the makeup, perfume, jewellery and similar environment
Strong people management skills
Exceptional Customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to deal with various different personalities and adapt quickly in a face paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the salon diary
Manage the stylists and their time and diaries
Manage the customer expectation
Manage the customer service at a superior level
Must want to be the face of the Salon and the go to person for customers
Seeking a strong person not afraid to speak to clients
Manage the salon computer software
Basic administration, invoicing and cashing up
You will be expected to meet with the talent recruiter for an interview
