R12000 - R14000ctc + pension and bonus
A Receptionist typically assists IN diverse aspects of office administration. This can include any of the day to day operation of an office.
Must have minimum 4 years experience as a senior receptionsist
Professional and well spoken
1) Answering all incoming calls. And transfer the call to designated person, on a daily basis
2) Take detailed messages if designated person is not available.
4) Never leave reception area unattended
5) Inform designated person if someone is waiting for them at reception
6) Binding documents when required
7) Always make sure front door is switched on
8) Communicating with Telkom
11) Phoning customers (surveys: Tuesdays and Fridays)
12) Checking reports of clients phoned
13) Controlling /ordering of stationary etc.
