A Receptionist typically assists IN diverse aspects of office administration. This can include any of the day to day operation of an office.
Answering all incoming calls. And transfer the call to designated person, on a daily basis
Take detailed messages if designated person is not available.
Sort out post
Never leave reception area unattended
Inform designated person if someone is waiting for them at reception
Binding documents when required
Always make sure front door is switched on
Communicating with Telkom
Any other hoc duties
Process staff orders
Phoning customers (surveys: Tuesdays and Fridays)
Checking reports of clients phoned
Controlling /ordering of stationary etc.
