Key Performance Area

Tasks

 

  • Financials
    • Meet revenue and profit targets as set for your Region
    • Grow the client base in your Region and extract maximum value from the existing client base in your Region
    • Ensure that costs are actively managed and controlled in your Region
    • Ensure that you have a good understanding of the gross profit and net profit margins in your Region and that these are actively managed on an ongoing basis
    • Provide support and training to your sales and key accounts team
    • Actively manage the key accounts in your region and build strong relationships with key individuals within the key account clients
    • Approve discount requests on CRM
  • Service Delivery
    • Monitor client feedback reports
    • Ensure that companies services are being delivered by accredited resources
    • Provide feedback to the Research and Development Division on new product development and enhancements to existing products
    • Ensure that your branch administrators are adequately upskilled to perform their daily tasks
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Ensure that there is effective utilisation of income generating employees in your Region
  • Employee Management
    • Create Key Performance Indicators “KPIs” for each of your staff and conduct annual performance reviews
    • Ensure all staff are adequately trained and upskilled to perform their duties
    • Be actively involved in the interview process for all new employees in your region
  • General
    • Ensure that you keep abreast of industry trends by reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Ensure that you have a good understanding of the SETA and QMS requirements
    • Ensure that you have a good understanding of the entire OMS booking process and the financial process around private and company students
    • Ensure that you have a good understanding of the full range of companies products and services
    • Obey all lawful instructions provided by managers.
