Matric with a minimum of a C aggregate and Tertiary HR Qualification essential and not negotiable. Ambitious, hands on individual with
a desire to lead motivation and change. Previous HR management
experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for Labour
Relations, Training and Development, HR Admin and Reporting,
Recruitment and Selection, BEE, Talent Review and Change Management. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Very action orientated with ability to motivate and advise management. MEIBC
