Cross Sector industry exposure to OD, Change management and Assessment best practice; Assessment systems and processes; OD, design and change management theories, philosophies and methods; Organisational analysis and change; Principles and practices associated with organisational behaviour and development; Understanding of organisational culture on performance and productivity; HR related trends, services and products; Human Resources legislation; HPCSA codes of good practice; HR Policies and Processes; HR Systems; Budget Management
Registration as a Psychologist with HPCSA; min 3 years registration (supervise intern I/O psychologist/s).
Master's degree in Psychology (NQF level 9). Relevant business/HR qualification will be advantageous.
At least 7 years relevant HR/ organisational development experience which must include at least 2 years assessment experience
Operational: Developing, implementing and overseeing an integrated Assessment, Organisational Development and Change Management strategy/plan
