Corporate client within the Financial Services sector seeks an Operational HR Manager which includes payroll, benefits and rewards as well as team leadership. Degree essential with 10 years payroll management experience with strong HR systems expertise. Excellent written and verbal English skills required. The position will include: payroll management, benefits and compensation management, HR Information systems, providing reports and analytics etc. VIP payroll experience would be preferred , knowledge of sub Saharan countries ideal. Candidate must be customer focused, be a strong and effective leader and a strategic thinker.
