The purpose of this role to ensure a positive interaction with our policy holders and agents on policy administration, proper and accurate updating of policy data onto the underwriting system so as to ensure a quality service is provided to Customers within the agreed time standard.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Computer literacy at intermediate or high level with focus on:
XLS, ability to do complex calculations and functionality.
No Criminal Record.
No Adverse Credit Record.
No adverse record with the FSB.
