Leading company specializing in letting modern, upper-class office space, is looking for a Receptionist at their busy Office in JHB North. They have offices Nationally and are branching out Internationally. The ideal person will be presentable, client orientated and take pride in their work.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the Reception area
- Answer Switchboard promptly and friendly, take accurate messages and ensure calles are transferred correctly.
- First point of contact for Clients and Visitors ensuring excellent first impression
- Be visible and offer assistance to Clients
- Basic understanding of IT, Office, Telecom, Canteen and operations of the facility
- Assist with queries
- Prepare offices for new tenants and present welcome packs
- Asissting clients with printing, copying, binding and faxing of documents.
- Professional and Clear communication skills
- Preparing and arranging meeting rooms.
- Assist with setting up video conferencing and arranging beverages and refreshments for clients.
- Mail distribution
- Organising Courier Services
- Stationery Control
- Purchasing and ordering of supplies
- Matric (NQF Level 4) or Equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office Programmes & Cloud would be an advantage
- 2 Years’ working experience within a similar environment
Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle is essential
