Typing skills - minimum 30 words per minute
1 Year experience in administrative environment
Good Computer Literacy - MS Word / Excel (intermediate)
Positive can-do approach to tasks Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering a reception phone line. Handling calls and appointments.
Providing reception area admin support.
Typing of general correspondence
Typing of spreadsheets/schedules
Updating of existing spreadsheets
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have own transport
