Claims Manager required for Complex Claims support services with a market leader.
Responsibilities includes the management and functioning of the complex claims area to ensure quality claims management is maintained. Provide excellent service within mandate, ensure continuous improvement is maintained to ensure efficiency, manage service delivery, control costs and governance adherence. The position requires the successful candidate to be strategic, an effective collaborator and innovative. Candidate requires a degree/ NQF level 7 qualification in Insurance, 5 years complex claims experience in personal lines, commercial, liability claims etc. and a minimum of 3-4 years management and leading a successful team.
